If you are unsatisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product for an exchange or refund. To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened product within 14 days from the date of receipt. Product(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full refund. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
If the item you received is faulty it can be exchanged if returned within 90 days from the date of shipment. Please contact our Customer Service department via email CustomerCare@HoneyMonsterShop.co.uk or phone 0333 301 0121 if you receive a faulty item.
1. Send back the item(s) you wish to return including your Order Number and/or a copy of the packing slip. Please also provide a written reason for your return.
2. The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less postage. In most cases this credit should appear on your card within 28 days.
3. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
